Israel-headquartered solar inverter supplier SolarEdge has announced that it will lay off about 900 employees to reduce operating expenses.

Israel will add 2GW of renewables to its grid, according to the country's Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and the Electricity Authority

Israel-based robotic module cleaning technology company Airtouch Solar has signed an agreement with Indian renewable company Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) to supply cleaning robots for solar modules.

The project is expected to be operational in the first half of 2024, with the total financial volume estimated at US$245.95 million.

Abu Dhabi-based developer and French entity's renewables subsidiary to collaborate on existing and future renewables projects in Israel.
