REC Silicon lowering polysilicon production to 50% as overcapacity hits

Polysilicon producer REC Silicon is cutting production at its Moses Lake facility by around 50% from the beginning of October due to overcapacity in the solar supply chain.

REC Silicon restarting FBR polysilicon production

REC Silicon said it would restart FBR polysilicon production at its Moses Lake facility in the US this month, with full-production planned to be resumed in June, 2016.
