French renewable energy company Voltalia has signed a framework agreement to develop over 2.5GW of solar PV and wind capacity in Egypt to support green hydrogen production.
The policy environment for solar PV in Europe needs to be balanced between the interests of developers and other industry parties, according to speakers at today’s Large Scale Solar Europe conference in Lisbon.
French renewables company Voltalia has seen a significant increase in its installed capacity, reaching a total of 2.37GW in 2023, up from 1.57GW in 2022.
