French renewables company Voltalia has started delivering electricity to the Uzbek grid at its 126MW solar PV plant.

Voltalia is seeking compensation for the ongoing curtailment of its Brazilian solar and wind fleet, which has exceeded expectations this year.

Construction is slated to begin in Q1 2026 for the solar and energy storage portions and Q3 2026 for the wind assets, Voltalia said.
