Tenergie to acquire 108MW PV portfolio in France

These 29 PV assets range from ground-mounted power stations to rooftop solar installations and are located in French regions of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitania and other southern areas of the country. Image: Tenergie

French renewable energy company Tenergie, through its JV, Terres d’Energie, has signed off on a deal to acquire 29 operating PV projects, representing a combined generation capacity of 108MW, from the DIF Infrastructure III and IV Funds.

These 29 PV assets range from ground-mounted power stations to rooftop solar installations and are located in French regions of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitania and other southern areas of the country. Combined, these solar assets produce the electricity consumption of 27,000 households.

Pascal Pénicaud, CEO of Tenergie, said: “We are very proud of the trust DIF has placed in this operation with them.
