An existing PV cell customer based in Taiwan has placed a follow-on
order with Amtech Systems worth $3.9 million for diffusion processing
systems. Amtech expects the follow-on order to ship in fiscal 2008.
“We are very pleased to receive this follow-on order, which reflects
the increasing customer acceptance we are seeing for our solar
products,” said J.S. Whang, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Amtech.
