Trina Solar subsidiary enters partnership with TUV, UL and CGC

Through its subsidiary, Changzhou Trina Solar Energy, Trina Solar has announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with TUV Rheinland Group, Underwriter’s Laboratories, and China General Certification Centre. The new agreement is a move for the company to introduce its newest certified product lines to its customers in the quickest manner possible.

Trina Solar entered the “testing at manufactures premises” agreement with TUV and a “witness test data program” with UL for product certification tests in the Changzhou PV testing center in-line with IEC 17025. CGC will provide in-house PV testing and certification services to Trina Solar for end-users in China and abroad.
