Don O’Shei, chairman of the board at Pacific Energy Solutions, said: “PES was ideally suited to pursue this kind of contract. We have the right mix of development, financing, engineering, and construction capabilities and experience in renewable energy, Federal experience with NAVFAC Pacific, and Hawaii-based resources. We are pleased that NAVFAC recognized our strengths and selected us as a trusted partner.”
