Thin-film solar panel manufacturer, Stion, who recently announced a US$70 million Series D financing round and has begun expanding its San Jose, CA, manufacturing facility to 100MW, has appointed Duston Williams as audit committee chair on its board of directors.

Williams worked most recently at Infinera, where he held the position of CFO. “Duston’s expansive experience in the financial operations of leading technology companies makes him a valuable asset to Stion’s board,” said Chet Farris, president and CEO of Stion. “We are excited to have him on our team and look forward to continued growth within Stion.”
