Michael McCarthy joins Evergreen Solar as Director of Investor Relations

An industry veteran with over 15 years of investor relations experience, Michael McCarthy has joined the Evergreen Solar team and will oversee the company’s investor relations concerns. The newly created post of director of investor relations will see McCarthy tap his experience in working with the capital markets and the investment community, while reporting to Michael El-Hillow, Chief Financial Officer.

McCarthy joins Evergreen following similar investor-related roles at Brooks Automation and Photronics, Inc. for the past 15 years. A graduate of Michigan State University, he has a B.Sc. degree in Public Affairs Management and a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and the Public Relations Society of America.
