Photovoltaics and semiconductor specialist materials provider Voltaix is be acquired by Air Liquide for an undisclosed sum.
Air Liquide said that the acquisition was expected to close later this summer, pending applicable regulatory approvals.

Voltaix was founded in 1986 and is a manufacturer of materials used in the production of semiconductor devices and advanced solar cells, with expertise in silicon, germanium, and boron chemistries.
