Bates M. Marshall named Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sixtron

Sixtron has recently announced the selection of Bates M. Marshall as Vice President for Sales and Marketing, beginning immediately. Marshall carries with him near 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the semiconductor, solar, flat panel display and related markets.

Marshall was most previously with Rockwell Automation, which he joined in 2002, as Industry Sales Manager for Semiconductor and Solar industries. In his prior position he led solution development and sales management functions, provided leadership in defining tactics for pursuing promising high-tech market spaces and helped align the company’s product portfolio with customer needs. With Rockwell, Marshall has also held various sales roles that focused on increasing responsibility within the company’s Global Industry Sales group. Marshall has also been in numerous sales and marketing positions at the Motion Engineering division of Danaher Motion.
