Brightergy will provide the sales, marketing and financial services for the projects with Black & Veatch fulfilling an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) role.

“Our alliance with Brightergy allows Black & Veatch to further expand its portfolio of distributed generation services,” said Dean Oskvig, president and CEO, Black & Veatch’s energy business. “We will apply the experience gained in delivering solar PV projects both in North America and around the world.”

The collaboration will focus on projects in the 25kW to 2MW range.

“A growing number of organisations seek new ways to manage energy costs and reduce their carbon footprint,” said Adam Blake, CEO, Brightergy. “Through our alliance we help organisations get the best of both worlds.”
