French investment firm 123Venture, along with French solar developer Solairedirect, have sold three PV power plants in France with a 19.6MW combined capacity to an unnamed German investor.

The financial details for the transaction have not surfaced, but according to 123Venture, the plants generated revenue of over €9 million (US$11.2 million) in 2013. Solairedirect built all three plants and have been operating them since their completion in 2011, but in 2010 123Venture acquired 85% of the assets and Solairedirect remained on as a minority shareholder.

123Venture notes this sale as its “track record” in PV and points out it is the company’s second successful project transfer made this quarter.
