JinkoSolar has announced that, according to SunWiz’s “2020 Australia Solar Year in Review” report, the company captured the highest market share of 22% in the Australian DG market and also ranked first in the national rooftop segment.

Beyondsun has announced the addition of the DuDrive Max series to its existing portfolio of high-efficiency PV module products. The new product is based on the latest 182mm high-efficiency mono PERC cell technology, adopting 54 and 72 cell layouts, highest power output reaching 410W and 545W respectively, with module efficiency of up to 21.3%. The company claims the product series has been specially tailored for DG and utility projects.

LONGi has announced that it will supply its high-efficiency modules to two of the five projects awarded under the Large Scale Solar (LSS) 3 tender in Peninsular Malaysia for commercial operation in 2021. The two projects, totalling 190MW, are located in Kerian, Perak state (100MW) and Kuala Muda, Kedah state (90MW) and contribute to the Malaysian government’s target of achieving 20% renewable energy by 2025.

Trina Solar has announced that the total volume of orders for its distributed Vertex 500W and Vertex S 405W modules has now surpassed 2GW, with the first batch of Vertex S modules having arrived in Europe for mass installation.
