Leading residential solar company Blue Raven Solar is expanding to new markets in five states.

Blue Raven will  now be serving customers in Charleston and Columbia in South Carolina, Charlotte in North Carolina, Chicago, Illinois; Columbus, Ohio; and Portland, Oregon. The company is rapidly expanding; going from a mere three employees to more than 350 nationwide in just two years.

“We began with one goal in mind – to provide homeowners across America with a simple and affordable way to get the best solar technology,” the company said in a statement. “Once approved, we take care of all the normal upfront costs of sizing and designing your customized system, all the necessary paperwork and permits with your local city, and installing your solar panel system.”

According to the company, Blue Raven Solar customers can save between US$20,000 and US$80,000 on their utility bills.
