CEO of bankrupt Phoenix Solar to leave

Phoenix Solar said that Ryan intended to resign from the Executive Board of Phoenix Solar AG as well as well as leave the company altogether.
International solar PV systems integrator Phoenix Solar has announced that its CEO, Tim P. Ryan is set to leave the company in the next few days, only around a month after the company entered insolvency proceedings in Germany.
In a brief financial filing, Phoenix Solar said that Ryan intended to resign from the Executive Board of Phoenix Solar AG as well as well as leave the company altogether.
