Order Focus: InnoLas touts nearly 1GW of PERC solar cell laser system orders

PV equipment specialist InnoLas Solutions said it had so far received orders equating to almost 1GW of production capacity for its laser systems used for PERC solar cell processing.

InnoLas noted that were several more solar cell manufacturers that are planning PERC cell migrations but have yet to confirm orders. 

The ILM-2 laser system is claimed to offer the fastest laser process on the market, which can be adjusted between 1,600 and 3,600wph, with a claimed uptime of >96%.
