Premier Power Renewable Energy announced that they have finalized a US$27.6 million agreement with the US subsidiary of Shanghai Solar Energy Science and Technology, Chaori Solar US, to build a number of utility-scale solar power plants in the United States.
Under the agreement, Premier Power will perform EPC services, using Sunperfect Solar panels with its yield optimization services. The company is one of Shanghai Chaori Solar’s partners. Premier Power has a portfolio exceeding 1000 solar projects in North America as well as across Europe.
