SMTA Award goes to Indium’s Rick Short

The SMTA’s (Surface Mount Technology Association)
Excellence in International Leadership Award has been conferred on Rick
Short, Corporate Communications Director for Indium Corp.  Mr. Short’s
achievements in and contributions to the solar industry were recognized
by the award, which is given out on an annual basis to deserving
recipients.

 

An employee of Indium Corporation since 1984, Rick
has been involved in the SMTA’s activities, including his membership of
the SMTA Marketing and Exhibitor Committees.  He also helped to launch
SMTA regional bases in Australia and Malaysia.

Indium Corporation is a materials supplier to the PV and compound semiconductor industries.
