PV inverter manufacturer Ginlong Technologies is showcasing its Solis 36kW and 40kW 3-phase string inverters at SNEC 2016 PV Power Expo being held this week in Shanghai, China. The inverters are embedded with PLC intelligent tracking functions, PLC Intelligent controller and include a tracking angle control board, smart sensors and efficient motors.

The systems are said to be ideal for water-surface installations and agricultural solar projects, amongst others, having the ability to track the movement of the sun across the sky in real time and optimize daily energy harvest with a claimed 30% increase in energy harvest of any PV project.

Ginlong Solis 35kW and 40kW three phase string inverters also feature four MPPT’s (maximum power point tracking technology) in each inverter, 7-inch LCD displays, an ultra-wide DC input voltage range (220VDC – 800VDC), highly efficient operation (98.6%), IP65 (NEMA 4X) enclosures, RS485, Wi-Fi and GPRS communication solutions.
