Solar Shakeout: France-based module supplier enters bankruptcy proceedings

Small France-based module manufacturer, Solarezo has entered bankruptcy proceedings in an effort to restructure its finances having a reported €50 million order backlog with only a 65MW production capacity, according to the company’s website.

Reports said that the company was seeking working capital to meet orders but raising funds proved difficult. Chemical group, DRT was said to have almost a quarter stake in the company and had offered half the working capital needed to continue operations.
