At present the channel is a beta version encouraging comments and remarks from all the interested parties, including solar professionals, solar fans and supporters.

As the channel gains popularity, many additional functions will then be added, making SolarPV.TV an ideal promotion tool for any company or organization active in the sector, as well as for anybody interested in supporting solar PV.

Some of the biggest solar personalities that will be interviewed on the channel include Rhone Resch, President of the Solar Energy Industry Association in the US, Benjamin Rosier, Project Business Manager at the Agence Economique de la Savoie in France, Abdel Bunya, Solar Parks Director of the company “SolarDirect” in France and Frederico Brucciani, Communications officer at the Italian PV Industry Association.

The SolarPVGLOBE team is already working on enhancing the site hoping that soon it will become a “treasury” of solar PV videos and news, providing all its actors and supporters with a user-friendly tool that will enable them to upload their own videos, send company news for broadcasting and order interviews with key solar players.

The first issue of the SolarPV.TV news was supported by Sharp, while additional to PV-Tech, other major news partners include Solarbuzz and Solarplaza.
