Solektra has received the first shipment of DEGERenergie’s MLD tracking systems for its 30kW PV plant in Križopotje, Croatia. The development is the first to use dual-axis tracking in Croatia and is comprised of four smaller systems equipped with DEGERtraker 7000NT systems.

“We are expecting a considerable increase in the number of photovoltaic facilities as early as this fall,” Goran Oreški, Solektra’s CEO said. “So far, the total capacity of all systems in Croatia together is approximately one megawatt only. For 2012, we are expecting a strong growth on the market, with smaller facilities and systems integrated into buildings prevailing.”
