Corp. has announced the resignation of its CFO John Ross. The reason
for the resignation was not disclosed; however the company is already
in the process of finding a suitable replacement for Mr. Ross.

In further executive reshuffles, the company has also announced that Hans Hager has been reappointed as Geschaftsfuehrer of SonnenEnergie GmbH. This follows September’s news that Mr. Hager was replaced in the role, while he continues to serve as COO and a company director.
