Ingka Group, the owner of Swedish shopping chain IKEA, has acquired a 300MW solar PV project in Dâmbovița county, Romania.

Dutch company and owner of IKEA Ingka Group’s investment arm Ingka Investments has acquired a 49% share of a 460MWp solar PV portfolio from energy company Avapa Energy.

German-headquartered solar developer Enerparc has sold 193MW worth of its Australian solar PV assets to Ingka Group, the owner of furniture retailer IKEA.
