Renewable energy investment platform Nexwell Power has closed a €167 million (US$191 million) multi-tranche project financing for a 248MW solar PV portfolio in Spain.

Renewables investment platform Nexwell Power has signed a round of power purchase agreements (PPAs) with “one of the largest” US tech companies for solar PV capacity to be built in Spain.

Renewable energy investment platform Nexwell Power has acquired a 248MWp solar PV portfolio from energy service provider Q Energy in Spain.

The company said it would supply "one of the largest tech companies in the US" with roughly 2.9GWh of solar power from 2026 through 2040.
