PV CellTech 2019 takes place in Penang, Malaysia on 12-13 March 2019, and the agenda of industry speakers is now complete, in what is set to be the most exciting PV CellTech conference since we launched the series back in 2016.

We caught up with the company’s CTO, Dr. Gunter Erfurt, recently, to get his thoughts on new developments in PV manufacturing, ahead of the forthcoming PV CellTech 2018 meeting in Penang, Malaysia on 13-14 March 2018, and what to expect from Dr. Erfurt at the event.

Laser micromachining specialist 3D-Micromac said it was supplying Hanwha Q CELLS solar cell plant in Qidong, Jiangsu-province, China with its microCELL OTF laser system for its recently announced transition from Al-BSF (Aluminium Back Surface Field) to PERC (Passivated Emitter Rear Cell) technology.
