Project focus: Phoenix Solar signs development deal for 20MW Bulgarian PV park

Photovoltaic systems integrator Phoenix Solar has signed a signed a project development deal with a Bulgarian subsidiary of the Krass Capital Group to build a solar power plant in the southern European nation. The agreement calls for the development of a solar park with a peak output of around 20MW.

Phoenix Solar says it will carry out turnkey construction of the site, be responsible for its operation and maintenance, and sell these project companies to one or more investors. The completion of the Bulgarian park is scheduled for 2010.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
