SolarEdge Technologies has chosen One Network to market and install its PowerBoxes, PV monitoring portal and three-phase solar inverters. One Network has installed 7MW of PV and tracking equipment in France in 2010 and hopes its agreement with SolarEdge will see it break the 10MW barrier next year.
“The SolarEdge solution presents numerous benefits for PV Installers and system owners of all system types, in system design, installation, maintenance and safety,” said Franck Le Borgne, general manager and founder of One Network. “The new three-phase inverters will allow owners of commercial and medium-size installations to enjoy all these benefits in addition to enhanced efficiency and cost reduction. The extraordinary 12-20 year inverter warranty further contributes to faster return on investment.”
Le Borgne also believes the incorporation of One Network’s TRAKY, a two-axis 1kW tracking system, with the flexible design, maintenance and reliability of SolarEdge’s power harvesting systems will result in a significant increase in tracker efficiency and power.
“Combining the SolarEdge solution with our advanced tracking technology allows us to dramatically reduce power losses and produce up to 15% more energy from our tracking system,” added Le Borgne.
