Verano Energy started construction on a 200MW solar park in Argentina, while YPF Luz will use a new tax regime (dubbed RIGI) on a 305MW PV plant in Mendoza.
In its final ruling, domestic manufacturing of solar ingots and wafers have been included with a 25% tax credit under Section 48D of the Advanced Manufacturing Investment Credit rules.
