Haraeus and DuPont have announced the end of their long-running intellectual property dispute over metal pastes used in the manufacture of solar panels.
No details of the settlement have been announced and neither party has accepted liability, according to a statement released by Haraeus.

The document also stated that Haraeus is licensed under the two patents involved in the dispute.
DuPont had alleged that Haraeus had violated its intellectual property rights for conductive metal pastes and particularly silver pastes.
It had also launched legal action against Haraeus customer SolarWorld.
