Solar Millennium’s insolvency trustee sells more investments

Volker Böhm, insolvency administrator of the collapsed Solar Millennium in Erlangen, has sold PV Power Holding shares to Bavaria-based Schoeller Renewables. Solar Millennium held 50% in PV Power Holding, a developer of PV projects in Italy.

Further, Herten-based Blue Tower, in which Solar Millennium held 75% shares, has been sold to Concord Blue Engineering in Düsseldorf. Neither company has disclosed the purchase price of the sales.
