SolarBridge selects Celestica to manufacture Pantheon microinverter

SolarBridge Technologies has chosen Celestica to manufacture its SolarBridge Pantheon microinverter. The companies have been working together for over a year, having completed design for manufacture (DFM), design for test (DFT) and qualification builds at Celestica's facility in Toronto, Canada.

We look forward to moving into volume manufacturing with Celestica to produce highly efficient and reliable microinverters – the building blocks of a whole new class of integrated AC solar modules.”

SolarBridge is preparing for pilot production in Toronto, which will enable the company to participate in Ontario's feed-in tariff program, which was launched in May 2009. By early 2011 the company aims to have reached volume production at Celestica's facility in Dongguan, China.
