Renewables developer EE North America has agreed to sell a 350MW solar PV plant in Texas to Japanese energy firm Osaka Gas USA (OGUSA).

US renewables developer EE North America has acquired a majority stake in two Colorado solar PV projects with a combined capacity of 700MW, adding to the company’s now 2.5GW-strong US development pipeline.

EE North America, a subsidiary of Danish renewables developer European Energy, will develop a 2GW pipeline of solar power and energy storage in Arizona and surrounding states. The pipeline is part of an agreed partnership with Elio Energy, a utility-scale renewables developer, and is expected to commence construction between 2023-25. 

Danish renewables developer European Energy’s (EE) North American subsidiary will develop 10GW of renewables in the US by 2026.
