Australian telecommunications giant Telstra has inked a power purchase agreement (PPA) to secure 50% of the electricity generated from the 260MW Glenellen Solar Farm in New South Wales, Australia.
Signed through a 20-year PPA with Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDP), a state-owned company, the electricity generated from the plant will be sold at a fixed price of US$0.1094/kWh.
Clean energy developer EDP Renewables North America, Arizona utility Salt River Project (SRP) and US technology giant Meta have commissioned the 200MW Brittlebush Solar Park in the US state of Arizona.
