SolarWorld Americas the subsidiary of bankrupt integrated PV module manufacturer SolarWorld AG said it would receive a US$6 million cash infusion from its parent company’s financial lenders to continue reduced operations after recent workforce reductions and support its co-petition with bankrupt US rival Suniva in the ITC ‘Section 201’ case.

LG Electronics USA has launched the ‘NeON’ 2 ACe module in collaboration with Enphase Energy at Intersolar 2017. The high-efficiency AC module uses Enphase’s latest IQ6 microinverter technology, which integrated at the module assembly stage is designed to reduce installation time by half, compared with conventional modules, while offering cutting-edge technology.
