The European Commission has announced two acts to help define renewable hydrogen in the EU.

Texas utility CPS Energy has reached agreements to purchase an additional 100MW of solar and 50MW of energy storage capacity for its FlexPOWER Bundle initiative.

Oil company Eni's renewables subsidiary Plenitude has inaugurated a 263MW solar PV plant in Texas.

Renewables asset owner Brookfield Renewable has reported 2022 net income of US$138 million, improving from a loss in the same period a year earlier of US$66 million. Whilst in Q4 2022, it recorded net income of US$60 million, increasing from US$33 million in Q4 2021.
