Bankrupt renewables firm SunEdison has confirmed that it will collaborate with its two yieldco companies, TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global to hopefully sell and monetize its controlling Class ‘B’ shares in both companies.
SunEdison yieldcos TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global have amended agreements with key lenders to allow them more time to file their financial results and audit.
Despite claims by the company and automatic acceptance by the mainstream media, SunEdison’s position as the ‘world's largest renewable energy developer’ almost came to fruition in 2015.
