Spanish solar tracker company Soltec has announced a supply deal with fellow Spanish solar developer X-Elio in the same week as it launched a new utility-scale solar tracker system.

Oil company Eni’s renewables subsidiary Plenitude has begun constructing a 330MWp solar PV plant in Spain.

The funds will be allocated for solar PV projects in Almeria, Murcia and Granada respectively with all of them under construction.

The money will support the development and operation & maintenance (O&M) of 67MW worth of solar PV projects.

Spanish renewable energy developer X-Elio has broken ground on a co-located solar and storage project across Liberty and Harris Counties in Texas.
