Eyelit, Inc. increases revenue and looks ahead at 2009

Eyelit, Inc., a manufacturing software provider for visibility, control and coordination of manufacturing operations for the aerospace and defense, discrete electronics, semiconductor and photovoltaic penal industries, released revenues for its first nine months of 2008. It recorded a two times increase in its third quarter revenue, the highest third quarter revenue recorded in company history.

The company saw as 70% increase in total revenue over the previous year, citing software license revenue as increasing by 200% and its support revenue increased 65%. Eyelit has also expanded its service offerings by signing a large material handling/inventory management project with a PV customer. The project aims to use Eyelit’s manufacturing hub, Factory Connect, to incorporate operators, tools, conveyers and material handling systems.

“Again we exceeded our revenue targets in the third Quarter and are on track for another great year. We’ve achieved eight consecutive quarters of significant revenue growth over the previous year’s quarter. While solar continues to drive much of Eyelit’s growth, so far this year we’ve also added customers in Aerospace & Defense, clean-tech and both front end and back end Semiconductor. We are planning for continued industry and geographic expansion to maintain our current growth,” said Dan Estrada, Vice-President of Sales and Business Development.
 
Keeping in line with its goal of geographic expansion, Eyelit recently signed with Germany-based Systema GmbH. It also has its software in Latin America and has begun expansion into Asia. For the remainder of 2008, the company looks ahead to achieving at least 50% growth in 2008 over 2007, with additional growth in 2009.

Eyelit has also recently announced that due to customer requests for more frequent meetings, its 2009 Eyelit User Conference will be held 13-15th of May 2009 at Toronto Renaissance.
