Developers must have already completed three projects of at least 100MW capacity each and the deadline for submissions is 14 January 2018.
Egypt has been building up its PV pipeline over the last couple of years, with Scatec Solar closing financing for a 400MW solar portfolio back in October 2017 and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank providing US$210 million in debt financing for 490MW of solar in Egypt back in September 2017.
