Indeotec has announced an order from Enel for a combined PECVD-PVD cluster tool for its 3Sun Gigafactory in Catania, Italy. The tool, based on Indeotec’s Octopus II platform, will be used at Enel’s new R&D lab, with delivery planned for Q2-2023.
