Cypark bags 30MW solar EPC contract in Malaysia

Cypark Resources has secured an EPC and O&M contract from Cove Suria (CSSB) for a 30MWac solar plant at Empangan Kelinchi, Negeri Sembila, Malaysia, according to a filing on Bursa Malaysia.

The contract is valued at around RM260.5 million (US$67 million). CSSB has given Cypark two years to complete the project, while O&M services are expected to be carried for a period of 21 years.

Last December, a consortium involving Malaysia-based developer Cypark Renewable Energy and Revenue Vantage won a 43.18MW (30MWac) solar PV project in Malaysia from the Energy Commission (EC).
