Kangping Chen, CEO of JinkoSolar stated; “From the beginning, we have said that Hanwha Q CELLS' complaints were without technical or legal merit, and were only meant to slow us down. We are very pleased with today's order, which validates our position. JinkoSolar believes healthy, fair competition is good for customers and we look forward to continuing to do what we do best: selling innovative, high-powered solar modules to our customers.”

Q CELLS had also sued REC Group and LONGi Solar with cases on hold in the US, Germany and Australia.
