Asia Clean Capital and SUMEC to develop 100MW Chinese solar pipeline

Goldman Sachs-backed rooftop solar specialist Asian Clean Capital (ACC) and SUMEC New Energy & Development are to develop a 100MW solar pipeline in China.

ACC will provide the financing and construction for the solar systems, with SUMEC taking care of the technical support and engineering for the projects.

This latest partnership follows ACC’s power supply agreement with steel and iron company Wisco Jiangbei Group for a 14MW solar rooftop plant, constituting central China’s largest monocrystalline PV rooftop system.

The conference will gather the key stakeholders from PV manufacturing, equipment/materials, policy-making and strategy, capital equipment investment and all interested downstream channels and third-party entities. The goal is simple: to map out PV manufacturing out to 2030 and beyond.
