The world’s largest exhibition for the solar industry is already set to be approximately 15% larger than this year, according to event organisers. Intersolar Europe 2011, located once again at the New Munich Trade Fair Center, beginning on June 8th will occupy a further two exhibition halls bringing the number of halls occupied to a staggering fourteen (14). The event will also include once again an outdoor exhibition area. The event is also marking its 20th year.

“Looking back at twenty years of Intersolar history, we are certainly justified in being proud of having achieved a great deal,” commented Markus Elsässer, CEO of Solar Promotion GmbH. “Intersolar Europe is today firmly established as the world’s largest exhibition for the solar industry. It brings together players and markets in the international solar industry and has made a considerable contribution to solar technology covering an important part of energy supply today.”
