Mehran Asdigha appointed Akrion Systems’ new vice president of engineering

Akrion Systems has appointed Dr. Mehran Asdigha as its new vice president of engineering. Asdigha joins the surface preparation specialists from BlueShift Technologies where he was senior vice president of engineering.

Asdigha is an expert in the design and development of advanced electromechanical systems and controls, and has held senior positions at PRI, Axcelis Technologies, and Brooks Automation. Asdigha received his BSME degree from Michigan State University and his MSME and PhD from Tufts University.
