Penn State University, Lightsource BP to develop 70MW of PV projects

Penn State University, one of the largest and most prestigious research universities in the US, is set to generate 25% of its state-wide electricity requirements for a 25-year term by way of PV energy after signing off on a new development agreement with Lightsource BP.

Lightsource signs contract for 25MW PV pipeline in Western US

PV energy asset owner-operator Lightsource BP has signed 20-year power purchase agreements with California's Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) and Continental Divide Electric Cooperative (CDEC) for a PV pipeline of 25MW in the Western US.
