Kyocera will be heavily involved in the construction of a 70MW solar power plant in Kagoshima, Japan, the company has annouced.
Gehrlicher Solar has announced the construction of a 250MW, ground-mounted solar power plant in the Extremadura region in Spain.
Construction is expected to begin in 2013 and the completion date is 2015.
The local Spanish goevernment and the prime minister of the Extremadura region signed the agreement for the construction.
