Renewables service provider RNWBL has partnered with US-based PV recycling firm Solarcycle to recycle and reuse solar panels under RNWBL’s commercial and industrial (C&I) operations.
The company filed two complaints in the Munich and Hamburg local divisions of the UPC, regarding tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) solar cell patent infringements.
Signed through a 20-year PPA with Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDP), a state-owned company, the electricity generated from the plant will be sold at a fixed price of US$0.1094/kWh.
The transaction also sets the stage for both companies to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding for future collaboration on the development of renewable energy.
